Cancellation Policy

- All Sales are final, Tickets are non-refundable. - All booking require a booking fee, retainers are non-refundable in the case of your cancellation or rescheduling. - In case of rescheduling, a 48hr notice period is required. - Late fee of £20 for up to 10mins is applicable for lateness/delays. - Strictly NO Kids or Pets allowed. - Do not bring additional guest unless they are booked with us and being serviced. - All balance to be paid by cash or bank transfer.
